Design Pricing
The design fee is $600 for main rooms and $300 for small rooms.
Main rooms include living rooms, bedrooms, dining rooms, outdoor space, etc. that are fully furnished and decorated. Small rooms include kitchen and bathrooms that are lightly furnished and decorated. Hallways and stairwells are included at no additional cost with entire property design. I also offer a bundled discount for an entire property design!

A Note about Budgets and Timing
Budgets
In general, the budget for a short term rental design includes furnishing, decor, amenities, and stocking items. It does not include the design fee. I recommend a MINIMUM budget of the following:
$20k for a one bedroom
$35k for a two bedroom
$50k for a three bedroom
$65k for a four bedroom
$80k for a five bedroom
This minimum budget includes bedrooms, bathrooms, one living area, one dining area, one kitchen, hallways, stairways, front porch, and one deck area. Additional areas, such as bonus rooms or outdoor spaces, will require additional budget - I recommend $10k per additional space.
Timing
Virtual design projects are typically completed in 6-8 weeks from the initial consult to install for properties that are 3-4 bedrooms. To meet this timeline, it is critical that the client communicates and places orders promptly.
